Matt “Jam” Lamont comprises one half (with Karl “Tuff Enuff” Brown) of the legendary House/UK Garage duo Tuff Jam. These dudes practically birthed UK Garage and their string of tunes and remixes are legendary in that scene. Nowadays they’ve moved away from the swing breaks of UKG to the more 4/4 flavors of house and garage. Recently they were featured at the Boiler Room takeover of the Red Bull Music Academy in London and it was a stunner.
