While you’re at it, drop a few bucks on their Science Fiction album from 2008. They just recently released a separate remix album that features the talents of Lynx, Atlantic Connection, Apex, and Bungle. Lynx really kills it with that minimal version of “Songs for Lovers.” Oh and there are plenty of live mixes available for download too. I’m really digging the Scientific Elements set.

If you’re not familiar with Noisia then both mixes are a great primer into their sound which focuses on drum&bass, dubstep, and a bit of electro. Their new album Split The Atom was released back in April and is auditory awesomeness. Shellshock kicks much ass, and that sample in glitch-hop track Shitbox makes me giggle.

My first post on here will have to be a mix that has a lot of meaning, and influence for me. I think I listened to this mix over and over. It really opened my eyes and ears to more soulful music. Also I remember seeing him at WMC 2003, on a beach with the ocean wind blowing in my face. It was probably one of the best shows I’ve seen.
