From Bailey’s Blog Post:

I visited the studio of Wilkinson from RAM Records to make a track featuring bathroom objects which include a hairdryer, a shaver, deodorant and a toilet flush all in the the tradition of previous tracks he made using household objects. The track was made to feature as part of the RAM Records Takeover on 1Xtra where label boss Andy C and full RAM entourage took over my show for the whole 3 hours. A blow by blow account of the shows events can also be found on exclusively at thisisdrumandbass.com

My friends and I caned the absolute shit out of this tape back in the day and it was in constant rotation on any roadtrip. From the moment you press play it’s tune after tune of pure gold with MC GQ at his absolute best throughout. I never saw a complete checklist, but this was the first time I’d heard Grooverider’s remix of Rachid’s “Charade” (that will NEVER be released), the Inta Warriors remix, Cybin’s “Roller”, Danny Break’s “Porn Star Style”, and several tracks from the (unreleased at the time) Armageddon album on Renegade Hardware.

I’ve tossed around the idea of a super jungle post for awhile and finally decided that it needed to happen. So I spent about five hours pooling a few of my favorite old school jungle sets from the last decade that I feel are really worth sharing. You can either download the sets individually from the links below, or you can yank them all as two big ass zip files at the bottom of the post.

The audio varies because of the age of the recording or the original source material. Some are encoded at really high bit-rates while others might have some hiss and pop. However all of the sets fall into the range of “good” to “great” sound quality.
